What drives your fee: seniority, role scarcity, remote vs. on-site, and US vs. nearshore. For design and product roles, the fee depends on the specifics of the position — we quote based on what you're looking for.
Successful hire — you hire a candidate from our shortlist; the full placement fee shown applies.
Close the search early — you pay 50% of the quoted placement fee.
Hire your own candidate — you hire someone you sourced, not from our pipeline. A 30% engagement fee on the quoted placement fee applies; the retainer paid to start the search is retained.

On-site and hybrid roles cost more. If you hire a candidate from our shortlist, you pay the full quoted placement fee. The exact fee is confirmed before you commit.
On-site and hybrid searches take longer to run and draw from a smaller candidate pool. The fee reflects the extra sourcing and coordination required to place someone in or near your office.
The fee depends on the specifics of the role. Design and product hires are priced separately from engineering — we clarify what you're looking for in the position and quote a fee based on those requirements.
The listed fee covers our full recruiting service — sourcing, vetting, and placement. EOR setup for compliant Mexico employment is included. Ongoing EOR payroll and compliance costs are separate and typically run a few hundred dollars per employee per month.
Yes. If a candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of their start date, we replace them at no additional cost.
